These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.arg-in.com and any associated pages, content and services (together, the “Website”), operated by AECS Research Global (“ARG”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2.About ARG

AECS Research Global (ARG) is a single, world-facing firm providing architecture, engineering and construction consulting, including strategic cost management, EPC advisory and integrated project management.

Delivery is provided through two regional entities behind the one brand: ARG Technocrats in India and GEC Global PMS in the Middle East. References to “ARG” in these Terms include these entities as applicable.

3.Permitted use of the Website

The Website is provided for your general information and for legitimate enquiries about our services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Website by anyone else.

You must not:

• use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it;
• introduce any virus, malware, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the “ARG” and “AECS Research Global” names and marks, images, project case studies, reports, page layout and design — is owned by or licensed to ARG and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise use, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5.No professional advice or reliance

The information on the Website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute engineering, architectural, financial, investment, legal or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

Project case studies, figures and outcomes are illustrative and specific to their context; they are not a representation of results that may be achieved on any other project. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on any information on the Website. Engagements are governed solely by a separate signed agreement between you and ARG.

6.Client portal and accounts

Certain areas of the Website (including the client portal and project dashboards) are restricted to authorised users with login credentials issued by ARG.

If you are issued an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may only access data and projects assigned to you, and you must not attempt to access another client’s data. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time.

7.Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only; we have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, products or services available on or through them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• the laws of the Republic of India, where you are served by or engage ARG Technocrats (India); and
• the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where you are served by or engage GEC Global PMS (Middle East).

The competent courts of New Delhi, India, or of Dubai, United Arab Emirates — as applicable to the relevant entity — will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. Where no specific entity applies, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, where the Website is operated. We retain the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you are based or where a breach occurs.
