Scope of Services: A "Design-to-Delivery" Framework
Under this agreement, AECS Research Global will deliver a robust suite of technical and administrative services:
Strategic Conceptualization & Financial Planning:
Development of initial Concept Designs tailored to FMDA’s urban planning goals.
Preparation of Tentative Project Estimates, ensuring financial feasibility is established early in the lifecycle.
Regulatory & Stakeholder Management:
Leading Approval Presentations to statutory authorities, managing the complex liaison process to secure necessary clearances.
Executing Design Modifications based on regulatory feedback to ensure seamless compliance.
Technical Design & Scheduling:
Preparation of Detailed Designs and Drawings aligned with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) standards.
Assisting FMDA in the preparation and coordination of PERT Charts, establishing critical path schedules for project monitoring.
Procurement & Contract Administration:
RFP Preparation: Drafting the Request for Proposal (RFP) to select competent construction agencies under Design-Build/EPC contracts.
Bid Process Management: Managing the selection process for both the EPC Contractor and the third-party Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for daily supervision.
Execution Oversight:
Providing Periodic Construction Supervision and coordination.
Delivering "handholding support" to FMDA for monitoring project progress and ensuring strict contractor compliance with approved drawings.
Final delivery of As-Built Drawings upon project completion to facilitate future asset management.
